What is FANS ALBUM?

FANS ALBUM is a smart digital album that lets you own your favorite artist's music in high quality.

Scan the OR code included in the album package with your smartphone to register the album to your FANS account and enjoy a variety of digital content.

1. Install the FANS app. (Google Play Store / Apple App Store)

1. Create a FANS account or log in
2. Tap the [FANS ALBUM] icon at the bottom center of the app

* Please make sure your app is updated to the latest version (v 2.2625.8 or later).

2. Tap [+ Register Album] on the screen or the [+] button in the top-right corner.

3. Scan the OR code on your album card or enter the verification code

4. Once your album is registered, you can enjoy the music and various digital content.

Important Notes

Once registered, a FANS ALBUM is permanently linked to the account used for the initial registration.

It cannot be registered to or transferred to another account.

Each FAN ALBUM  can be activated on one device at a time.

If you change your device, scan the QR code again to re-activate the album. Once re-activation is complete, the activation on your previous device will automatically expire, and you can continue using the album on your new device.

Albums cannot be registered before their official release date.

Registration is available only after the album has been officially released.

A verification code that has already been registered to another account cannot be used again.

The verification code must be entered exactly in the format XXXX-XXXX-XXXX (12 uppercase letters and/or numbers, including hyphens). If the hyphens are omitted or the format is incorrect verification may fail.

If you cannot read the verification code due to a printing defect or damage to the album card, please take a photo of the physical card and contact us through FANS app > 1:1 Inquiry
